Pitchcare Magazine- “The Kassam Stadium is in Another League”

Following the success of its previous article on The Ricoh Arena, turfcare magazine- Pitchcare chose another GreenFields pitch to focus on in last months edition. The new pitch at The Kassam Stadium has had an incredible first season which has seen Oxford United F.C. promoted to League One.

The XtraGrass hybrid pitch installed at The Kassam Stadium has been recognised by more than just players, as in the 2015/16 season it was chosen by the International Football Pitch Advisory (IFPA) as the most improved pitch in League Two as well as being nominated as one of the best three playing surfaces in this league by the Sports Turf Research Institute (STRI).

As well as installing the hybrid pitch, GreenFields is proud to have our own Grounds Team working at the high profile venue who have the in depth knowledge and experience in maintaining our XtraGrass pitches.
